Each tea bag is designed for 1 liter of water. You can either place the tea bag directly into a kettle or heat-safe glass pot, bring it to a boil, and let it steep for 5 minutes — or simply pour boiling water into a large mug or pitcher with the tea bag inside and let it steep there.

Enjoy it hot or let it cool and sip throughout the day. Many of our customers drink one cup warm and then pour the rest into a water bottle or tumbler to enjoy cold on the go.
